By accessing or using clickclickclose.click (the "Site") operated by Click Click Close ("CCC," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Click Click Close is a loan matching service, not a lender, bank, or mortgage broker. We connect users who have submitted a loan inquiry ("Borrower") with third-party lenders and originators ("Lenders") in our network. CCC does not make credit decisions, fund loans, or take applications for credit. We do not pull your credit and we do not issue pre-approvals.
When you submit a scenario inquiry, you authorize CCC to share the information you provided with Lenders in our network for the purpose of evaluating your scenario. CCC is compensated by Lenders for successful matches (referral fee).
The information collected on this Site is a scenario inquiry only. Submitting a scenario does not constitute a loan application, lock a rate, or create any obligation on the part of CCC or any Lender to extend credit. All loans are subject to credit, underwriting, and approval by the originating Lender. Rates, terms, and conditions are subject to change without notice.
CCC does not guarantee that any Borrower will be matched with a Lender or that any scenario will result in funding. CCC's role is to surface Lenders whose published programs appear to fit a Borrower's stated scenario. Final approval, terms, and conditions are determined solely by the Lender.
You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
By submitting a scenario inquiry and providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive calls and text messages (including those delivered by automated means) from CCC and from Lenders in our network regarding your scenario. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message or by contacting us at deals@clickclickclose.click.
You represent that you are the owner of the phone number provided, or that you have the authority to consent on behalf of the owner.
You agree that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge. Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in rejection of your scenario, termination of your access to the Site, and may constitute a violation of state and federal law.
CCC facilitates business-purpose loans for commercial and investment property under the federal SAFE Act business-purpose exclusion (12 CFR 1007.103(c)(2)). Consumer-purpose loans (primary residence, owner-occupied 1-4 unit) are not the primary product offered by this Site. If you are seeking a consumer-purpose loan, you will be matched with Lenders who originate that product.
Click Click Close is an Equal Housing Lender. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex (including gender identity and sexual orientation), familial status, or disability. Lenders in our network are subject to the same requirements.

Click Click Close and the Lenders in our network are licensed in the states in which they operate. Not all loan products are available in all states. Where required by state law, CCC or the originating Lender will hold the appropriate state license. State-specific disclosures are available on our Disclosures page.
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, design, and software — is the property of CCC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CCC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. CCC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
CCC does not warrant the accuracy of any rate estimates, program availability, or Lender information. Rate estimates displayed on the Site are based on stated scenarios and current market conditions; actual rates depend on full documentation review and may differ.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CCC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST OPPORTUNITIES, OR LOST DEALS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY SERVICES PROVIDED BY LENDERS IN OUR NETWORK. CCC'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CCC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
Once a scenario is matched with a Lender, your relationship is with that Lender. CCC is not responsible for the conduct of any Lender, the terms of any loan offered, or the outcome of your application. Any disputes regarding a loan must be resolved directly with the Lender.
We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
